Joanne Shih (they/them) is an artist and illustrator based in Somerville, MA.
After graduating from MIT with a degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences, Joanne worked at a neuropsychology lab and then at a digital marketing agency before they decided to pursue their own path of making art.
Joanne is continually inspired by lush greenery, colorful corners, paradoxical emotions, and the little things. They are an avid and curious observer of the challenges and pleasures of being human and being in relationship with other beings.
